Shipping Policy

We ship within USA and Canada via UPS ground freight or Fedex ground freight. We also use USPS Priority Mail for expedited service and small item/weight purchases. Standard delivery times range from 5 to 10 days.  For your convenience, all shipping and handling fees will be calculated at time of purchase.  All shipping and handling fees within continental USA are charged according to the weight of your order. An additional $5.00 surcharge will be applied to all orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada. 

For all orders shipping within continental USA, a shipping & handling charge of $3.95 plus $1.00 per pound is added to the total during checkout.  For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada, a $5.00 shipping surcharge will also be added to your total during checkout. 

Back Order Policy

We will send you an email confirmation if your item is on back order. You will then have the option to cancel your order or to continue to place the order for priority shipment when the item is restocked.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, please return within 30 days for a full refund.  Unless product is deemed damaged or defective (please see below), shipping must be prepaid.  All items must be returned in their original packaging and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
